Samantha White

Samantha is a registered Psychologist, who has completed her Master’s in both Clinical and Health Psychology. She is currently finalising her endorsement as a Clinical Psychologist. She has experience working with children, adolescents, adults, and older adults in the field of mental health and health psychology.

Samantha has experience in private practice clinics, hospital, and primary school settings. She has experience working with children and adolescents presenting with anxiety, depression, ADHD, Autism Spectrum Disorder, and emotion regulation difficulties. Samantha also has experience working with adults and older adult who experience depression, anxiety, chronic pain, and other challenges.

Samantha values the importance of building strong rapport with her clients and incorporates a warm, empathetic approach to her therapy.

Samantha predominately works from an Acceptance and Commitment Therapy and Cognitive Behavioural Therapy approach.

On a personal note, Samantha can often be found strolling along Brisbane river or trying out a new eatery somewhere in the city on weekends. She loves the wonderful warm climate of Brisbane and enjoys making trips out to the beach.
