Dr Jessica Nguyen

LLB (Hons), B.Psych (Hons), D.Psych (Clinical), MAPS

Jessica Nguyen is a fully registered psychologist and obtained her Professional Doctorate in Psychology (Clinical) at the Queensland University of Technology. She has gained experience through her training at QUT, Redcliffe Hospital, the Queensland Police Service, Private Practice and through a Long-Term Psychodynamic Therapy placement. She has also worked at various Correctional Facilities conducting Drug and Alcohol Workshops, has been part of developing Well-Being Resources for the Queensland Law Society and tutors in the area of Individual Differences and Assessment.

Jessica’s doctoral research explored Guided Imagery of Nature as an Intervention for Anxiety and her research has recently been published in the academic journal, Frontiers in Psychology.
