Elizabeth Penrose

Elizabeth Penrose is a registered psychologist who completed her Master of Clinical Psychology at Queensland University of Technology. Elizabeth has worked with clients across the lifespan in a variety of settings.

 

Elizabeth’s experience includes public community mental health, private hospital inpatient and outpatient settings, QUT Psychology and Counselling Clinic and working with parents and families. She has experience working with a range of presentations. She has also tutored students at QUT in the area of health communication.

Elizabeth has a warm and empathic approach to therapy. Treatment is specialised for each client and incorporates frameworks including Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy and Attachment based models
