BA (Hons) Psych, Assoc MAPS
Dani is a psychologist with over 15 years experience across a range of areas, including corrections, health, police and defence. She has worked in private practice for several years, assisting adults to improve their mental health and general wellbeing.
Dani has a special interest in Defence, Veteran and First-Responders mental health, and has worked in this field for the past 10 years. She currently offers support to current serving ADF members (approved provider for ADF Health Services BUPA), veterans (via DVA) and first-responders for a variety of issues, including trauma-related mental health.
Dani’s other area of interest is rural and remote mental health. Originally from a rural area herself, she understands the barriers that can be associated with accessing health care, as well as the unique challenges that people in these areas can face.
Dani is able to offer telehealth services to clients from rural and remote areas (MMM areas 4-7) via Medicare, and in some cases these services can extend to DVA, Defence and Private Health funding (please contact us if you would like to discuss this further).
